Orochimaru – A Charismatic Villain in Naruto Online
I like Naruto’s anime and I believe it is one of the best anime ever. A lot of arcs of this anime touch the viewers’ hearts; even now that the anime is over, I started to play Naruto Online, a Naruto game which closely follows the anime’s original works with the same touching moments, similar design in ideas, sceneries, ninja and its amazing storyline!
In “Online MMORPG”, a “Kage” represents the strongest ninja, the zenith of power acknowledged by a village, the strongest of all Five Lands. However, in “Naruto” there is one ninja who killed two “Kage” and his power is feared by many – Orochimaru.
The first biggest villain of “Naruto” was Orochimaru, even Kakashi, an Elite Jonin, feared his power. Orochimaru was originally a ninja from the village of Konoha, after his forbidden jutsu trials on real humans were found out by the Third Hokage, Orochimaru ran. Years later, the decision of the Third Hokage of letting Orochimaru go away without any consequences, brought Hiruzen his own death.
Orochimaru started a secret plan to invade Konoha, he used the Land of Wind after killing their Fourth Kazekage (Gaara’s father). Later, he pretended to be the Fourth Kazekage and started the Chunin Exams in collaboration with Konoha, however, this was all a plan to overthrown Konoha. Konoha ended up in chaos and Orochimaru single-handedly fought the Third Hokage game online MMORPG.
Because most of the heroes of Konoha had been killed or were dead (White Fang of the Leaf, Minato Namikaze, Shisui Uchiha, among other) and because Tsunade was not in the village at that moment, the Third Hokage ended up fighting Orochimaru by himself. Due to his advanced age, his strength was no longer what it was before, even though he could still be a match by himself with Orochimaru.
Later during their fight, Orochimaru used “Edo Tensei” to bring back the First Hokage and Second Hokage. At this point, the Third Hokage had to use much of his Chakra to fight off these two, he had to come up with the Reaper Death Seal Jutsu in order to stop the Hokage. Having lost control of the fight and seemingly defeated, he used hist last strength to seal away Orochimaru’s two arms, making him unable to use hand seals to cast his precious jutsu.
Ninja with Ambiguous Gender in Naruto Online
I like games based on anime works, I especially like Naruto games, among all anime-based games, Naruto-related games are the ones I play the most. Recently, I’ve been playing Naruto Online, its quality is not bad at all, the characters and sceneries are close to the ones in the anime and the Ninjutsu art and effects are superb.
Orochimaru
Orochimaru is the real deal as a man, however, after starting to investigate techniques to change bodies, his gender started to become a little… confusing. To use such a technique and become immortal, not all bodies were compatible with him, actually, most of the times Orochimaru takes the body of a woman. Maybe that is the reason why Sasuke was always being chased by him? A male ninja who was compatible with Orochimaru?
Haku
The young ninja who was by the side of Zabuza, he was mistaken by a girl ever since he was born; Naruto also thought he was female. Naruto was in for a big surprise when Haku told him he was actually a boy.
Yashamaru
Yashamaru was very tender, the feeling I got from him was that he was like this “big sister”, however, his identity was clear: he was Gaara’s uncle, a man.
Neji
I bet a lot of you must find Neji strange in this list! How can his gender be mixed?!
No one will ever mistake Neji for a woman; however, Neji’s clothing and his long hair also show some signs of female-related attires. One chapter of the manga “Rock Lee and His Ninja Pals” also displays some of Neji’s more feminine side, it’s really adorable!
Summons of the Sannin in Naruto Online
The games I’ve played the most are all mmorpg games, the one I like the most is a game called Naruto Online. It is closely follows the original work (“Naruto”) by Masashi Kishimoto and it is not as simple as it may looks. There is a lot of strategy in this game and many functions and systems to be unlocked by players! No matter if you like games or only like anime, this game is always worth a try!
The Summons of the Sannin are diverse, but they are all based in Toads, Serpents and Slugs. The 3 Sannin’s Summons suffer changes from time to time, today will take a little time to speak about this topic.
1. Toads
Jiraiya’s strongest Summon is definitely Gamabunta. In battle, he is always holding a smoking pipe in his mouth. Naruto also managed to summon Gamabunta after learning Summoning Jutsu, no matter, after appearing a few times when summoning by Naruto in game online MMORPG, Gamabunta started to appear less and less. Later on, it is Gamabunta’s son, Gamakichi, that is usually summoned by Naruto, however, he appear to smoke cigarettes.
2. Serpents
The most famous Serpent that Orochimaru summons clearly is Manda. Manda was killed by Sasuke when he used Manda to defend himself from Deidara’s explosive attack. Manda died out of respect, used as a shield by Sasuke. Kabuto used Manda’s cells to create Manda II, a new and fiercer Manda. Later on the series, Sasuke’s Summon is an Eagle.
3. Slugs
Katsuyu does not change from the beginning til the end of the series, no matter if used under Tsunade or Sakura, Katsuyu is always Katsuyu and does not change. We do not know if Katsuyu changed, but it’s abilities to divide, combine and heal are also kept the same… Katsuyu always listens to its contractor.
How Many Kinds of Rasengans Are in Naruto Game?
I like Naruto very much and I think Naruto Online is the best game that I’ve played this year. It is a Naruto online game which has reproduced the original ninjas, scenes and plots very well, so I really enjoy playing this game.
Rasengan, which is my favourite ninjutsu in Naruto, was invented by Minato Namikaze and has been constantly developed by Naruto and now it has various forms and upgraded Shuriken.
Rasengan: Naruto games learned it from Jiraiya and he used it for the first time when protecting Tsunade and he defeated Kabuto Yakushi at once.
Nine-Tails Rasengan: It is used with the Nine-Tails Chakra Cloak and doesn’t need Shadow Clone. Naruto used it to fight with Sasuke during the Battle at the Valley of the End.
Giant Rasengan: This ninjutsu was used to deal with Itachi’s Hidden Sand Clone and it needs a Shadow Clone which can make it more destructive on a larger scale.
Wind Style Rasenshuriken: Naruto Combined Rasengan with Wind Style and used it when fighting with Kakuzu. It had disadvantages of instability and certain side effects and it needed direct contact to launch attack, but later Naruto overcame these shortcomings in the Sage Mode and managed to throw it out.
Various Rasengans in the Nine-Tails Mode: After mastering the Nine-Tails Mode, Naruto could use Rasengan of different forms, such as Nine-Tails Rasengan, Planetary Rasengan and Mini Rasenshuriken.
Rasengan in the Mode of Sage of the Six Paths: In this mode, games Naruto can use Rasengan and Shuriken in different forms by combining them with the power of Tailed Beasts, such as Lava Style combined with Four Tails Son Goku and Magnet Style combined with One Tail Shuukaku, and he can also make nine different Rasenshurikens by combining with Chakra of nine Tailed Beasts.
